Join us for Yoga and/or PiYo classes!!! For now we meet online 4 times a week so you can choose to be live with us or watch the recording. We know you have many options for your fitness needs, so your support means the world to our small business and family.
Our classes are all level, so every skill level is welcome!!! We do a great job of offering modifications and walking the new ones through everything!
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Fit with Nat Yoga is for everyone! We teach Vinyasa 101 style and our goal is to provide movement, stretching, & strength for your mind, body and soul! We are of a Christ centered faith and that tends to reveal itself in our teachings, but we want everyone to feel welcome so our deepest desire is to show you love and compassion and help you to become the best version of you!!!
Strength/or Mixed we incorporate body weight strength and/or use weights, sometimes we mix PiYo, Cardio or even Yoga in too!
Classes are virtual for now! Live and Recorded for your flexibility :)
We ultimately want you to become a member of our tribe, but drop in's are available too! We need a sense of activity and community now more than ever!!! Membership will include perks like access to recordings, private support, nutrition tips & guidance along with many more wellness resources also!
