What to bring: Yoga mat, dumbbells for strength class, water, sweat towel (no shoes required for yoga or PiYo) $10 cash drop in or membership pricing is below.
PiYo is fast paced Yoga basically! It's got elements of strength, stretching and cardio!
Yoga is more relaxing and we stretch and breathe, especially since we just finished PiYo.
Strength we use body weight or dumbbells to strengthen and tone the body!
All fitness levels are welcomed!!!!!!!!!! Don't be shy, just come and see this space, the awesome people and the fun workouts!
