Drift off to your favorite body of water and take a dip in, as you enter the water notice how the temperature feels on your skin, let it relax your muscles and as you let go, your mind can relax too!


As you still your mind the waves will become softer, less frequent and eventually still, now Float


The peaceful flowing waves are all around and within you! You have the power to calm them or churn them up! Choose peace, give yourself permission to dial down, slow the pace and find stillness, so that you may be able to float effortlessly… It takes practice and can be applied in any area of your life… on or off the mat!
