It's not easy to get out of my warm bed some days to go workout, but it is SOOOOO worth it when I do! Here are 5 reasons I do it:
1. Keeps me on track (my goals)
2. Energizes me even more
3. It's while my kids are sleeping
4. For long term health
5. The natural endorphins kick in and it just puts me in a good mood!!!!
